I feel like I am making a slow recovery but today's blood work was not good :-(

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and to Sam for the delicious ochre lentil and pumpkin tagine.  I have a very quiet weekend planned but I'm wishing I was at Magnetic ISland scrabble tournament instead.

Hopefully back with better news next time.

    My name is Anna Palmer, a scrabble player in Geelong. Ive been reading your blog, Olga Visser sent me the information. I suffered a SCI when I fell off my horse back in 1995. The road is a long one and I can really only say that you are often in my thoughts. Its one step forward and three back it seems for quite some time.
